Ellen Miller

Ellen Miller, owner of CosMedica, is one of the country's longest practicing laser technicians. During the past 13 years she has maintained an exceptional safety record while providing effective laser treatments. In recognition of her extensive experience with lasers, she is a national trainer for Cynosure Laser.

With laser therapies as CosMedica's primary focus, the company stands out in the industry as the place to go for experience, knowledge, and state of the art equipment.

CosMedica is currently using Cynosure's Elite Laser Systems for safe and effective treatment of hair removal, sun damage, and vascular lesions of the face and legs.

Ellen received extensive training in laser physics and practical applications at one of the first aesthetic laser training centers here in Massachusetts. In addition, she has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work directly with leading medical laser companies since the beginning of laser hair removal's FDA approval.

Having trained doctors and their staffs on the safe and effective use of medical aesthetic laser systems; having trained and certified medical aesthetic students, nurses and many more people who simply possess a passion for the work, Ellen has had the privelage to exchange knowledge with many of the most talented professionals and students in the industry.

Ellen continues to train, and seek the knowledge necessary to remain at the forefront of this fast paced, ever changing world of laser technologies and medical aesthetics.

Karen Walsh, RN

Karen Walsh, RN has been a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts since 1993. Additionally, in 1999 Karen completed a course in Medical Aesthetics at the prestigious Catherine Hines Institute in Woburn Massachusetts. Her combined medical and aesthetic background lead her into the medical aesthetic industry.

When it comes to injectables, Karen ranks among the state’s most highly-trained and experienced practitioners. Karen specializes in helping individuals achieve subtle, long-term appearance changes, by balancing carefully selected amounts of preparations like Sculptra, Juvederm®, Radiesse®, and Botox®. After performing thousands of treatments in a variety of medical and salon settings, Karen enjoys a perfect safety record and hundreds of satisfied clients.

She brings these procedures to CosMedica under the direction of Dr. George Chatson in North Andover, MA.

Kim Bowen, LME

Kim is a licensed esthetician and a graduate of the Catherine Hinds 600 hour Advanced Esthetics program. She is certified in numerous skin care lines including PCASkin, Obagi Medical Products, Skin Medica, Glymed, Environ and GM Collins. Kim has also received certification on Bridal Makeup techniques from numerous cosmetics companies.
